    HELEZ

    (Heʹlez) [vigor].

    1. One of David’s mighty men, a Paltite or Pelonite. (2 Sam. 23:8, 26; 1 Chron. 11:26, 27) When David organized the monthly service groups, Helez was given charge of the seventh division.—1 Chron. 27:1, 10.
