    Does It Matter Which Bible You Use?

    Why not examine for yourself? Much can be learned by comparing different Bible translations. The following are a few that are distributed by the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society.

    Check the ones you want.

    □ Regular edition of the New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures. It is printed in clear, legible type, two columns to the page. Bound now in black vinyl with appendix and concordance; $3.50.

    American Standard Version. It has valuable footnotes, a 95-page cyclopedic concordance and four maps. Bound in light-brown leatherette, it measures 7 3/8ʺ by 5 1/8ʺ by 1 3/8ʺ; $3.00.

    The Bible in Living English translated by Steven T. Byington. It has large print, marginal notes and a dark-blue cover with gilt-embossed title; 1,600 pages; $8.00.
